Purpose and scope
This notice describes the Applied Data Factory website, website forms, transactional sample delivery, and email inquiry process. Applied Data Factory is a business brand operated by Washa LLC. This version is effective July 29, 2026.
Information the forms collect
- Custom-analysis requests: name, organization, email, market or buying scope, the decision or question to support, analysis type, preferred timeline, budget range, and request details.
- Contact messages: name, email, optional organization, selected topic, and message.
- Free-sample requests: first name, email, optional organization, optional evaluation context, and the separate marketing-consent choice described below.
- Security and delivery records: form type, submission time, routing and delivery status, successful verification status, duplicate-request fingerprint, temporary download-token hash, expiration, and download count. The raw download token is not stored.
Email fallback messages may contain the contact details and information a sender chooses to include. Do not submit payment-card data, passwords, Social Security numbers, classified material, controlled information, sensitive credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Why information is used
Information is used to evaluate and respond to custom-analysis requests, route and answer business or support messages, deliver the requested review sample, send transactional confirmations, prevent spam and duplicate processing, secure temporary download links, maintain necessary business records, and protect the website and its users.
Transactional messages and optional marketing
Sample-delivery emails and request confirmations are transactional messages required to fulfill the request. They are not marketing enrollment. The free-sample form includes a separate, unchecked choice for occasional Applied Data Factory product updates, federal-market analysis insights, and offers. The sample is delivered whether or not that choice is selected.
When the optional choice is submitted, Applied Data Factory records the exact consent wording, selection status, timestamp, and this policy version. No promotional email is sent in the current phase. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing hello@applieddatafactory.com.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting, request verification through Turnstile, private object storage, database storage, and network security. Resend provides transactional-email delivery from the dedicated sending subdomain. These providers process data as service providers to operate these functions. Google Fonts may process technical request data when font files load. Applied Data Factory does not currently use its own analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
Use and retention
Form records and transactional email may be retained as needed to fulfill requests, maintain consent and business records, prevent abuse, resolve support issues, and meet legal obligations. Temporary sample links expire after seven days and stop working after their download limit is reached or if disabled. Applied Data Factory may delete information when it is no longer reasonably needed for these purposes.
Choices and contact
You may use the visible email fallbacks instead of a website form. To ask about information submitted through the website, correct it, request deletion where applicable, or withdraw optional marketing consent, email hello@applieddatafactory.com. Product access, delivery, licensing, billing, and refund support may be sent to support@applieddatafactory.com.
Purchases
Online purchasing is not currently available through this website. If checkout is enabled through Lemon Squeezy, its privacy terms will apply to information collected through its checkout service.
Policy updates
This notice may be updated when website, inquiry, delivery, marketing, or checkout practices change.
