Because these products are delivered digitally, completed purchases are generally final after successful delivery, subject to applicable law and the merchant-of-record terms presented at checkout.
Issues eligible for review
Applied Data Factory will review duplicate charges, failed delivery, inaccessible downloads, corrupt files, materially incomplete deliveries, and delivery of an incorrect product.
How to request review
Email support@applieddatafactory.com with the order reference and a concise description of the issue. Never send payment-card data, passwords, or sensitive credentials by email.
Merchant of record
Online purchasing is not currently available. If checkout is enabled through Lemon Squeezy, its merchant-of-record terms and transaction records will also govern refund handling.
Custom services
Cancellation, deposit, milestone, acceptance, and refund terms for custom work will be defined in the separate written scope or service agreement.
